Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of OfficeGate Atelier facilities and services. By creating an account, entering our premises, or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
2. Memberships & Access
Membership types include Day Pass, Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk, Private Office, Team Suite, and Virtual Office. Access credentials are personal and non-transferable.
3. Bookings & Credits
Meeting rooms and event spaces are reserved by the hour or day. Late arrival does not extend bookings. Certain plans include monthly credits; unused credits do not roll over unless specified.
4. Acceptable Use
Members must maintain a professional, considerate environment. Illegal, unsafe, or disruptive activities are prohibited. Noise policies protect quiet zones and phone booths.
5. IT & Security
We provide secure Wi‑Fi and optional private VLANs. You are responsible for endpoint security and compliance. Tampering with infrastructure is not permitted.
6. Billing & Renewals
Fees are due in advance. Auto-renewals occur monthly unless canceled with required notice. Late payments may incur fees and access suspension.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations follow plan-specific notice periods. Refunds are issued when required by law or explicitly stated in your agreement.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Property
You are responsible for your property. Lockable storage is available on certain plans. We are not responsible for loss or theft.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting.
